McKenzie Medical Center has established a new "Call First Program," allowing you to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and speak to a licensed MMC nurse and/or MMC provider who can help you decide whether you should go to the Emergency Room, an Urgent Care Ceneter, or make an appointment for you to be seen during clinic hours. When in Doubt, Call First 731-514-2597

*Please note you should use a hospital emergency room for very serious or life threatening problems. If you experience any of the following symptoms CALL 911 or Get to the Nearest ER!!!!

- Chest pain/discomfort
- Severe abdominal pain
- Vomiting or coughing up blood
- Severe burns
- Deep cuts, uncontrolled bleeding
- Sudden blurred vision
-Sudden severe headache
- Sudden dizziness, weakness, loss of balance
- Unconsciousness
- Any other condition you believe may be life threatening
