This is a clinician supervised weight loss clinic that will be overseen by Beth Graves, FNP-C; Courtney Steinly, FNP-C; and Tanya Arnold, FNP. These providers will help you medically assess your weight loss needs and how to achieve your goals.
In addition to having the support of these providers, there is also an onsite Dietician, Alice Chapman, to help you with all your nutritional questions. She will help you devise a meal plan to aid in weight loss and help you keep track of your progress with measurements as well as weight, muscle percentage, fat percentage and BMI.
For your fitness support there are onsite group exercise classes available and an onsite personal trainer, Robyn Hatler. There is a FREE fitness orientation on the first Monday of each month from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 2:00-3:00 p.m. to help answer all your fitness related questions. For more information: CLICK HERE
