The new schedule for fitness classes is starting January 19th. Go to the fitness section of our website for more details (top right hand corner). We have added Tabata/Punch classes to the Gleason location (the First United Methodist Church) – there will now be a Thursday evening class from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We had an excellent turn out at the past two Monday sessions – over 20 people each session!!

In another exciting development, we have added a Spin (cycling) class to the schedule. This class will utilize spin bikes, which are stationary bikes similar to road bikes. It will be choreographed to up beat music with different sets of climbing hills, intervals, endurance, etc. Every bike is controlled by you individually so you can work at your own pace. Currently we only have five bikes so make sure you reserve yours today! There will be a Spin class at 6:15-7:00 a.m. on Tuesdays; 12:00-12:30 p.m. and 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will also be a 6:15-7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays. If a group of you are interested in doing a different day/time please let me know.
