Dr. Farrah Vernon, Doctor of Osteopathy joins the team at Dresden Specialty Clinic. She will be joining Beth Riddle, CFNP and Kim Tharpe, CFNP.

Dr. Vernon received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She received her Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.

Dr. Vernon is originally from Dresden and is looking forward to providing quality healthcare to her family, friends and fellow Weakley County residents.

She noted, “I am excited to be back home and to be able to offer my services to a community in which I was born and raised.”

Dr. Vernon is married and expecting her first baby in August. When she is not busy with work, she enjoys hanging out with her family, swimming, fishing and watching movies.

Dr. Vernon will be serving the community as a Family Practice physician seeing patients of all ages, she is also DOT certified. She is now accepting patients and is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Call 731-364-4900 for an appointment or for more information.

Dresden Specialty Clinic is a satellite clinic of McKenzie Medical Center (MMC). It is located at 136 South Wilson Street, Dresden. It is open Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. It provides a variety of services including a walk-in clinic, wellness physicals, PFT’s, laboratory services, allergy testing and lots more.
