McKenzie Medical Center’s OB (Obstetrics) Department is dedicated to the care of women and their children during pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal.

An obstetrician or nurse midwife regularly sees a pregnant woman to check the progress of the pregnancy and to determine the absence of ex-novo disease, to evaluate and monitor the status of preexisting disease and its potential effect on the pregnancy.

Dr. Fornera is MMC’s OB-GYN that specializes in this area. The Obstetrics department at MMC is additionally supported by three CERTIFIED NURSE MIDWIVES Anita Baker-Ross, Amy Papszycki and Becky Johnson as well as four primary care providers – Dr. Winkler , Dr. Colotta , Dr. Bryant, and Dr. Reno. As a result, MMC has a full range of Obstetrics care from family practice, specialized OB-GYN through to pediatric care.
